The pictures shown in the website are examples of the grading and wood you are buying, not actually the piece you are buying.

The indicated measures are the minimum measures we consider acceptable, the measures of the parts varies from wood to wood and part to part, normally are slightly larger. If you need some specific measures you should contact us.

Invoicing and shipping:

Orders will be shipped within 2 days after payment is received.

It can take some more time if what you order is not in immediate stock, we might need to cut it and it can take longer but we will communicate.

The prices presented in our website exclude VAT taxes and shipping costs. 

If you are an individual or a non registered EU company VAT tax of 23% will be added.

If your company is registered in European Commission data base is VAT exempt just email us your details and we will check, but you can check as well in this link: http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vatResponse.html?locale=en

If you are a company outside the EU VAT will not be charged.

If you are a non EU citizen or company taxes and other custom charges might be charged by

your local customs authority. For more information you should contact your customs services.

The shipping costs will be added to your invoice depending on the weight and size of your order and your location. 

For European Union and some other European countries we use GLS and for the rest of the world we use DHL or the national post offices CTT.
Orders in Portugal and Spain are delivered in 24/48 hours, in EU within 4 to 5 working days and the rest of the world varies depending on the customs but normally it takes 7 up to 30 days.
All our orders are insured by us. If any part arrives damaged you should contact us within one day after receiving it. Photos of the damages and a description are required. 

Return policy:

We do accept returns if the tone wood does not correspond to your expectation, you have 15 days to return it. In this case the shipping costs will be paid by you.
If the wood arrives damaged we will replace the damaged part and will cover the shipping back.

After the receipt of returns we will refund you or exchange for something else of your choice. Handled woods whatsoever will not be accepted neither credited.
